Skin fade or taper?
Skin fade
Bald fade blended to any length on top. The sides and back go down to the skin, then blend up into whatever length you keep on top. Ask for a low, mid or high fade depending on where you want the blend to start.
Taper fade
Low or mid taper, clean around the ears and neck. A taper keeps more length on the sides and only shortens around the ears and neckline, so it grows out more gradually than a skin fade.
